DVD faults can range from
  • No disc present
  • No power
  • Picture skips
    • The general faults are either power related, drive motor, or laser assembly.
    Most faults in the major brands are worth repairing. However, in the really cheap brands, you may as well buy yourself a new item.

    But remember, you pay for what you get. Dont expect it to last past the next christmas.
