All warranty repairs require your proof of purchase when bringing your item into the shop.

I also do repairs on extended warranty plans from Clive Anthony, Harvey Norman, or The Good Guys
Once you have contacted your extended warranty company, they will allocate you a repair authorisation job number.

Bring this with you when dropping your item in for repair.
